Lucy has a list of things she wants her future husband to have in personality after having failed with a previous relationship. While on a blind date she is finding that the man she is having diner with checks off all things on her list. Lucy feels things might be moving up for her in the relationship department until when they go to leave they end up in a high speed chase. It seems that her date wasn’t a good person and Grayson pulled them over to arrest the guy. Grayson makes it known that he would like to be consider for her list so that they can go out. But Lucy’s father was a Police Officer that was killed in the line of duty so she doesn’t want to have a relationship with him. But Grayson and her growing attraction for him is making it hard to say no. Once she is assigned to ride with Grayson on some of his police patrols things just get hotter for them.
I just found Ms. Hasting books but what I have read so far I am in love with. This one didn’t let me down and I hope to read more of her books soon.
